As a Graduate Project Manager, you will explore key Project Management processes such as project start up, Planning, Risk and change Management, Financial and Cost control, Contract management as well as an underlying focus on safety. In addition to this, you will gain experience of our Engineering products, Supply chain management, Quality and Manufacturing methods.
Your home base for the first 12 months will be our state of the art Leeds facility, renowned for developing the best talent within the group. Here you will gain exposure and experience of key Project Management processes, functions and the competencies and business acumen to help you excel in your career. During this period there will be a short rotation to gain initial exposure within one of our manufacturing sites.
Once you have gained some experience you will be assigned to one of our manufacturing sites in either Brazil, Malaysia, or the USA for a period of approximately six months to gain a wider knowledge of our products and manufacturing methods. You will also be encouraged and supported to work towards a Project Management Institute accreditation as well as take advantage of our extensive training opportunities.
For the final stage of your program you will return to Leeds before being fully assigned to one of our major projects with potential locations in Brazil, Malaysia, Norway, Australasia or the USA.
